How do I know my order was successful?

After completing checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Order number

  • Product details

  • Shipping address

Can I modify or cancel my order?

How long does shipping take?

We ship with trusted European carriers. Delivery times:

  • Within the EU: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 3–6 business days

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Is my payment secure?

You have 30 days to return an item if:

  • In its original condition

  • Includes original packaging and invoice

Is there a warranty on products?

Yes. All products include manufacturer warranty:

  • 1–3 years depending on the item

No, you can check out as a guest.
